A safelist is a form of e-mail marketing and advertising where the members have agreed to receive each others messages. Usually, the safelist administration reserves the right to mail its' members. Types of safelists include: Paid, Credit Based and Free.
SafeLists.us does not email its' members; unless, an individual member contacts us (updates excepted)!

Targeted Email Marketing is a precise method to deliver messages to recipients that share common attributes. SafeLists members are all Verified PayPal account holders.
What is Double Opt-In?
Double Opt-In is a method of verification requiring a perspective safelist member to confirm their safelists membership by confirming both their list email address and their contact email address separately. SafeLists.us members are actually Triple Opt-In as each one confirms and verifies by paying for their membership with PayPal and its resulting confirmation receipt.
Do I have to download all the email addresses?
No, all of the list and contact email addresses are securely stored on our servers.
Do I have to learn complicated software to use SafeLists?
Not at all! You send your offer directly from our servers. It is just like sending a regular email except your marketing message goes out to thousands of SafeLists members instead of just one person!
How often can I mail?
You may send your message every 24 hours.
Can I send my offers in html?
In a word, Yes! Html opens up the possibility of virus's and potentially harmful content; however, with recent technology upgrades, SafeLists is now deemed safe from threats.
Can I change my message?
You can change your message every day if you wish.
How do I know my message is going out?
Check your email! Your message will be right there with the others. FYI: the messages are put into queue and are normally sent out late in the evening Eastern Standard Time.
Is there any help available to make me more successful?
Yes! Click Tips and read the first three files carefully or click Safelist Success Guidelines to read all three together. You may copy the files and download them to your own computer if you like.
Can I be accused of spam by using SafeLists?
SafeLists is fully Can-Spam compliant! Everyone in the SafeLists database is both double opt-in and has paid to be on the list. A "no nonsense" remove link and a clear disclaimer is included automatically in each outgoing email. Spam! No way, no how!
Can I lose my ISP by using SafeLists?
No! You do not use your ISP when sending out your emails. You are sending directly from our servers, so it is impossible to lose your ISP. You can lose your SafeLists privileges by harvesting email addresses included in another members offer and sending them unsolicited email! In this latter case, you could lose your ISP; because, you are SPAMMING!
I cannot validate my email address(s)?
Click Login in the menu bar of any SafeLists page. Login to your account. Click "Send Mail". Then click the link which says "Click here to resend your validation code." Your validation code will be sent to your list/subscribed email address.
I cannot login!
You must have cookies enabled in order to login successfully! If you have determined that cookies are enabled and you are still unable to login; then, Click Login in the menu bar of any SafeLists page. Then click on "Resend Login Info". Your login information will be sent to your list/subscribed email address.
Why do I see a page that says TopSafeList after I login?
SafeLists.us is an integral member of the TopSafeList network and utilizes the database; allowing you to send to the entire network membership.
How do I cancel my SafeLists account?
Simple: Login to your SafeLists account; then, click the link that says "Removal". Note: you may continue to receive messages for several days until the remove order has propagated through the entire system! If the messages persist, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message, If the messages still persist, email Matt at info@topsafelist.net from your list address and your contact address with "Remove" as the subject line!
